Payment

Delivery
• All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri Only) Please note that Friday orders will be dispatched on the next Monday or working day in the case of Bank holiday.
• Orders are securely packaged to prevent any damage. Please note that the item must be returned un-used with all original packaging.
• Items ordered over the weekend will be sent on the next working day, Always check your items before signing for them, if the goods are damaged, please reject the delivery and contact us within as soon as possible, If you miss the delivery, a calling card will be left, please call the number provided in the calling card to arrange re-delivery.
• All items must ship to Paypal Verified Address, if your address is wrong or unclear, please correct it before you pay. You are given 30 days warranty if not used.

Damages / Faulty
If there is any damages or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, we are unable to accept the returns after 30 days.
When returning goods please make sure they are packed securely and safely, using the original packaging wherever possible and labelled correctly so they are not lost or damaged in transit.
- The goods remain the customer’s responsibility until we receive them.
- If for any reason you change your mind and would like to return any unused item in it’s original packaging, please do so within 30 days of receipt.
